Enrolling in the Arabi Islami Mobile App:

1. Download the App: Download Arabi Islami mobile application through your Mobile store or the below link (tap here)
2. Register: Click on "Register".
3. Enter Card Details: Enter your 16-digit card number and PIN.
4. Provide Account Information: Enter your 13-digit account number and date of birth.
5. Verify OTP: Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number.
6. Set Login Credentials: Create a username and password for the app.

Carseer: Now you can get local or international detailed history Carseer report of your car at any time in a convenient way with preferential prices through “Arabi Islami Mobile” app. just enter the Vehicle identification number (VIN) located on the backside of driving licenses or scan the backside of the driving license using your mobile Camera.

To request a Carseer report:

1. Login to the app, then Tap on Carseer service from the “More” menu in bottom of the main screen
2. Enter or Scan the VIN number for the vehicle you wish to check

Carseer Report Types and Prices:

• Local Carseer (displays the vehicle's history within Jordan): 8 dinars
• Comprehensive Carseer (displays the vehicle's history inside and outside Jordan): 13 dinars

Sanad Digital Identity and Social Security Corporation Services

Activation of SANAD Digital Identity.
Now you can activate your digital ID on Sanad government application by sending your information through Arabi Islami Mobile application.
Activation Steps

1. After logging into the Arabi Islami Mobile application, select "More" menu , then select "Sanad Digital identity"
2. Tap on 'Activate' at the bottom of the page.
3. You will receive a text message from "SANAD-eGov" that the digital ID has been activated successfully.

Social Security Corporation (Daman):
Now you can share your IBAN with the Social Security Corporation through Arabi Islami Mobile application by:

1. Access the app and navigate to the "Government Services" section.
2. Select "Daman" from the available options.
3. Choose the option to share your IBAN with Daman.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Security Features:

• Smart PIN: Smart PIN is a code consisting of 4 digits that you will use to confirm all financial transactions executed through Arabi Islami mobile application (such as transfer, bill payment, CLIQ, etc.). This code is an alternative to OTP.
• Smart Token: Smart Token is a code consisting of six digits through which you can execute financial transactions authorize using another mobile registered at the bank , you can get the smart token by tapping on the Smart token icon located on the main screen of the Arabi Islami app. then entering your smart pin , Smart Token code will be valid for 1 minute
