Terms & Conditions – "Ma Hada Adak" Weekly Youth Rewards Campaign

Campaign Period

• The first draw will take place on 26 April 2026.
• Weekly draws will continue until 3 January 2027.

Eligibility

• The campaign is open to all Youth Program customers aged 18 to 25 who hold a "Zid" Youth Card.
• The card must be activated and used during the campaign period, meeting the minimum spending requirement announced for each prize.
• Bank employees are not eligible to participate.

How to Participate

• Customers are automatically entered into the weekly draw by using their Zid Youth Card to make at least one qualifying purchase during the campaign period.
• The minimum qualifying purchase amount ranges from JOD 20 to JOD 50, depending on the prize announced for that week.
• There is no maximum spending limit.
• Cash withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments are not considered qualifying transactions.

Prizes

• Prize draws will be held weekly.
• One winner will be selected at random each week.
• Prizes include a variety of electronics such as smartphones, laptops, gaming consoles, smartwatches, wireless earbuds, and more, as listed below.
• The prize type and the minimum qualifying purchase amount for each draw will be announced weekly through the bank's official communication channels.
• Prizes are awarded in kind and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Weekly prize draws will be conducted on official business days only.

Winner Announcement

• Winners' names will be announced on the bank's official social media platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, and others).
• If a winner refuses to have their name published, the bank reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
• Winners will be contacted using the contact information registered with the bank to arrange prize collection.
• If a winner cannot be reached within one business day of the draw date, the bank reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

General Terms

• The bank is not responsible for any loss, damage, or malfunction affecting the prize after it has been received by the winner.
