Prize winnings are subject to income tax, which is payable by the customer in accordance with applicable regulations.
The customer's prior consent is required before announcing the names of winners.
A customer forfeits the prize if they refuse to allow their name to be announced.
To ensure fairness and allow more customers to participate, the maximum number of draw entries is capped at 300 entries per customer.
Number of entries is calculated as:
Average Balance ÷ Minimum Balance Required for the Prize, up to a maximum of 300 entries per customer.
On the draw date, the account balance must not fall below the required average balance for the relevant prize category.
Bank employees are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
If the bank is unable to reach the winner using the registered phone number within 3 business days, an alternate winner will be selected.
Sumo, Wiqar, and Youth savings accounts are excluded from the General Monthly Prize draw.
A customer who wins a particular prize category is excluded from future draws for the same prize category during the campaign but remains eligible for other prize categories.
For accounts that have been open for more than one month but less than three months, the average balance is calculated from the account opening date.
Customers become eligible to participate one month after opening the account.
The higher your account balance, the greater your chances of winning.
