• Ability to create a personal profile on the system, which includes a set of subscriptions and/or bills and/or other payments for easier inquiries without needing to use paper invoices; simply using the subscription number from the service provider.
• Display of bills and/or payments issued to non-users while maintaining the confidentiality of the invoice owner’s data.
• Review of all payments related to the subscription, whether paid through the bank or any other party.
• Instant settlement with the service provider (immediate payment to avoid service interruption).
• Non-customers without a bank account can easily pay through the nearest branch without needing to open an account with the bank.
• Service providers may charge fees for government payments such as property taxes, violations, and taxes, and users can know the original invoice amount and the applicable fee upon inquiry.
• The bank charges a fee of 1 Jordanian Dinar for each payment transaction made through the branch counter for non-bank customers.

How to Register for the Service via the Mobile Banking App for Individual Customers :

1. Log in to the mobile banking app using your username and password.
2. Tap on the eFawateercom menu.
3. Select Bills or Prepaid Bills.
4. Tap on New Bill.
5. Enter the Biller Name, Service Type, and Subscription Number.
6. Save the bill.

Paying Bills:

1. Click on the eFawateer.com menu.
2. Select Bill Payment.
3. Fill in the required information as requested by the system.
4. Enter the subscription number (click here for service provider and merchant subscription numbers).
5. Click Retrieve to display all bill details.
6. To pay the bill, click on Pay Bill.
7. Fill in the account details you want to pay from.
8. Click Submit Request and wait for a message confirming that the request has been successfully executed.

• (Users can pay any bill without adding it to their profile.)

Inquiring About Payments Made Through the System:

1. Click on the eFawateer.com menu.
2. Select Payment Log.
3. Fill in the required information as requested by the system.
4. Click Retrieve to display all payments made on a specific subscription number.

The Arabi Islami Bank provides a service that enables you to pay your bills/commitments through the eFawateer.com website. If you want to use DirectPay service please follow the following steps: 

1. Service activation

• Arabi Islami will use the same mobile number you are receiving notifications (SMS) on it.
• Arabi Islami Retail customers are eligible to use this service except some account types, if you are not able to use this service you are kindly requested to visit any of Arabi Islami branches to submit your request.

• You can login to e-fawatercom portal " www.efawateercom.jo " by using your personal credentials, if you don’t have an account then all you have to do is click on sign in to enter all needed information.

• You can follow e-Fawateercom portal steps to complete DirectPay .

• Select the payment method "Direct Payment."
• Choose "Islamic International Arab Bank."
• Select the type of identification "Account Number."
• Enter the reference identification code "account number" consisting of 13 digits, which will be verified automatically by us.
• Click Continue.
• The bank will send a text message containing an OTP verification code to your registered mobile phone.
• Enter the verification code in the OTP payment field and click the "Pay" button, and the system will display the payment result.
• After successfully entering the verification code, the required amount will be deducted directly from your account, and your bill will be paid immediately.
• You can print the invoice by clicking the "Print" button.
• If you wish to save your payment record (bank name, identification type, and reference) then click the “Yes” button to confirm it.

Note: If you wish to deactivate the service from your account, please visit any of our branches and submit a request to cancel the service.
