You can obtain your IBAN through any of the following methods:
- Visiting one of our branches.
- Using our website by clicking on the following link: https://iiabank.com.jo/en/iban
- Calling IIAB’s IVR (phone banking) service. You will receive a text message on your registered mobile number containing your IBAN(User's Manual).
- Using the arabi islami mobile app. Follow the steps outlined in the link Click here .
We are pleased to offer the phone banking service free of charge as part of our E-channel services. This service is available 24/7 and provides the following features:
- Account balance inquiries.
- A summary of account balances via telephone, fax, or email.
- Details of the last ten transactions performed on your account.
- Requests for account statements or checkbooks.
- Funds transfers between accounts.
- Inquiries about currency exchange rates against the US dollar or local currency.
- Sending your IBAN via text message to your registered mobile number.
- Inquiries about financing options.
- Visa credit card services.
● Current Accounts: All currencies are accepted.
● Investment Accounts (Savings, Joint Investment, and Specialized Investment Accounts): The bank accepts U.S. Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), and Pound Sterling (GBP).
- Current Account: 200 JD, or you can open a Salary Current Account without a minimum amount.
- Savings Account: 100 JD or its equivalent in major currencies.
- Joint Investment Account: 3,000 JD or its equivalent in major currencies.
- Basic Account: No minimum balance is required, but the maximum balance is 700 JD.
- Kids Savings Account (Sumu): No minimum or maximum balance is required—you can start with any amount.
You can open your account easily and quickly from your mobile without visiting any of IIAB branchs. Enjoy direct delivery of your debit card to your doorstep, along with 500 points instantly added to your loyalty balance through the Arabi Islami app.
Or you can open an account through any of our current branches in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan with the required documents (civil status ID - a copy of the water or electricity bill or a lease contract).
